As the founder of Drygas Care & Connect, I coordinate the entire recruitment process – from the initial contact and selection of suitable candidates to their successful integration in Germany. My goal is to create fair and sustainable solutions for both applicants and employers.
As Managing Director of Drygas Care & Connect, Henrik Drygas supports the company’s development and strategic collaboration with our partners in Germany and the Philippines. His focus is on organization, structure, and sustainable solutions that benefit both employers and applicants.
